About Katelynn Schoop
Katelynn practises exclusively in family law and provides smart, practical, and effective representation for her clients. Katelynn works with her clients to focus on comprehensive solutions that work best for each individual and their family. In litigation, Katelynn achieves positive results for her clients while working in an efficient and cost-effective manner. She understands that one of the most important aspects of a family law matter is communication and ensures that clients are involved in each step in their case.
Katelynn represents clients in all aspects of divorce and separation, including support, property division, and custody and access. She also advises clients on marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements, which range from straightforward to sophisticated contracts. Katelynn enjoys working on all types of family law matters, from complex financial issues to international and interjurisdictional disputes or parenting issues. Katelynn has a particular interest in family law appeals.
