Our adoption practice includes all aspects of private adoptions, including local adoptions, step-parent adoptions, inter-provincial adoptions and international adoptions.

Collaborative practice is a respectful and dignified process to resolve issues of separation and divorce without going to court. Clients and their lawyers work as a team with family and financial professionals, if required, to reach an acceptable settlement which best meets both clients’ interests.

Mediation assists clients in facilitating the settlement of all family law issues. Each client retains separate lawyers for legal advice. Their lawyers may also participate directly in the mediation process.
