We provide dispute resolution for estates disputes whether court proceedings have been commenced or are being contemplated. Our mediators can help family members identify interests, explore settlement options and resolve complicated disagreements in the estate and capacity law context. We also offer pre-estate facilitation for families wishing to prevent estate conflict.
