Professional Experience

Wenda concentrates her practice in Wills, Estates and Trusts, including charitable and non-profit organizations. In her practice Wenda provides in-depth service and advice to individuals and institutions on a broad range of issues including personal estate and tax planning, formation and interpretation of trusts, incapacity planning, estate administration, litigation and mediation of estate disputes, advising executors, trustees and beneficiaries, and planned giving.

Wenda is active in the community and currently is Vice-Chair of Imagine Canada and a member of the Board of Advisory Governors of the YMCA of Greater Toronto. In the past Wenda has been the Chair of the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Greater Toronto, Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of YMCA Canada, Vice-Chair of the Coalition of National Voluntary Organizations and the Canadian Centre for Philanthropy, and involved with Innoversity, the Mon Sheong Foundation, Altruvest, the Toronto Community Foundation and the Meditation Institute of Ontario.
